Pre-order products may take an additional 10 business days for your order to arrive. Please keep the long transport time in mind when ordering a pre-order product. If by chance we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately, refund your money and forward a 15% discount code for your troubles. Because of COVID 19 the postal services have been slower than usual.

As a result of Covid-19, we use a four-step process of sanitation. This means that all items are packed with sanitized hands and gloves. All items are accompanied by sealed plastic bags and a tag stating that items have been sanitized from Covid-19.
